Hightek Hosting makes every effort to make their products and services are activated for our clients to use as quickly as possible. Most activations and applications are processed within 15 - 30 minutes of application (during business hours), however, the following processes must be completed before activation can take place.

    1. Clients should lodge their application along with their payment method.
    2. Accounts will only be activated once first initial payment is received.
    3. If submitting payment by money order or cheque, account will not be activated until payment has cleared or until a remittance advice/receipt is provided to us whereas we can verify payment confirmation.
    4. If submitting payment via Direct Deposit or any other form, we must receive a receipt showing the deposited amount before we will activate your account.
    5. Accounts will not be activated until payment is received. This is not negotiable.
    6. Domain registration orders, although processed by us, are all manually processed and can take up to 24 hours to complete. In most cases, domains registrations are processed and made available within 2 hours, however this process may be delayed if incorrect or insufficient information is lodged at time of order placement.
    7. When required, Hightek Hosting may delay processing an order we feel the order or any details may be fraudulent.
    8. When required, Hightek Hosting may perform credit checks with credit reporting agencies regarding your
      credit history before your account is activated.
    9. Hightek Hosting retain the right to cancel any orders if we deem it necessary.
    10. Hightek Hosting retains the right to update or change this process policy at any time.
    11. By processing an order with Hightek Hosting, you agree to all of the above terms outlined.
