Important Information Regarding .au Domains
All .au domains (except .id.au and .au.com) require an ABN, ACN or RBN. The domain must:
- Be an exact match of the name registered to the ABN/ACN/RBN.
- Be an abbreviation of the name registered to the ABN/ACN/RBN.
- Be a product or a service offered by the ABN/ACN/RBN owner.

- There are terms on our .au domain registration form that you may not understand such as "Registrant Name" or "Registrant ID". For a definition of these terms and a full explaination of them, please read the KB article here
Domain Name Registration
- Domain Name Registration applications are processed within 24hours, 7 days a week.
- Once your Domain Name has been registered allow up to 72 hours for DNS propagation.
- All applications for Domain Names must contain true information about the applicant.
