- The password should be 8 characters and should be meaningless. A good password is a combination of numbers and letters, in random order.
- Do not give our your password to anyone.
- Do not write your password down, even if it is disguised.
- It is highly recommended that clients use firewall and antivirus software which is regularly updated
- Upon signup to our services, we also request that details are supplied in the nature of a security question and password. These details must be provided so as we can indentify you in means of important account information or changes on your account.
- All client information is securely encrypted and stored.
- All information disclosed to Hightek Hosting will be considered private and confidential and shall not be disclosed to any other company or third party organisation, except in cases where required by law to which a court order must be provided to Hightek Hosting before any information is released.
