1. Clients should change their passwords every 30 - 60 days. This can be done through their control panel found at http://www.yourdomain.com.au/controlpanel
2. Do not use a password that can be easily identified with you, such as your date of birth.
3. The password should be 8 characters and should be meaningless. A good password is a combination of numbers and letters, in random order.
4. Do not give our your password to anyone.
5. Do not write your password down, even if it is disguised.
6. It is highly recommended that clients use firewall and antivirus software which is regularly updated
